Yes, protecting the climate is important.
Yes, there is a group with political power in the U.S. that consistently refuses to even believe global warming is occuring.
But that is no excuse whatsoever to show this lack of compassion. And besides, it is not exclusively the Americans who are polluting the athmosphere, so drawing this kind of a direct causal connection is at best speculative.
*sigh* Another one of my candidates for a vote in the upcoming election just made themselves impossible to vote for. If they keep going like that, there'll be noone left.
